Paper 1 IN!

Yes, I've been working on my first paper of the semester, which of course means endless agonizing about what the instructor is expecting. If you want to feel sorry for anyone, don't waste your pity on me. Adoro has it much harder (God bless her) trying to hold down a full-time job and attend grad school full time as well.

Anyhoo, I can't promise more frequent posts, but I'll try to be more consistent... for the 20 or so people who apparently have an RSS feed to me.

Hey Theocoid--thanks for adding the widget! I just noticed (I'm not terribly observant, I guess).

Peace on your work!

I'm not sure that 5 credits is considered to be full time.

I took 1 credit last semester, but the work given to us, when I compared notes with a student at a 3 credit grad course...well, it was the same.

So I'm taking 3 classes right now, but for 5 credits; Old Testament is 2 credits, Vatican II is 1 credit, and Foundations of Catholic Spirituality is 2 credits. But the same prof teaches V2 and Spirituality, and he gives a LOT of work; his 1 credit courses involve more than your typical 1 credit courses, even for grad school!

But still...I'm not sure its the equivalent of FT education.

Undergrad study considered 12 credits to be full time. What's the standard for grad school? Yah, it's set by the institutions, but they all typically agree on the number, give or take a credit or so. Any idea?

So...how's your paper coming along?
